Our Approach
Augusta University Health put the Cardiovascular Intensivist Program in place so patients can be confident that they will be receiving the best of care possible. The team is made up of specially trained intensivists who work in our CVICU looking after critically ill patients who come to us with complications from cardiovascular diseases and other serious heart conditions.
