Needs to be able to have more time to spend with patient to address individual concerns instead of having to rush to next appt. Maybe more time slotted for each appt.Especially with the senior population.

Dr. Smith is never bothered by all my questions. He always ensures that I understand any diagnosis. He also carefully reviews the follow-up instructions so I know what to do, how to do it and when. I've never been to a better doctor in xxx years!!
