About Avirup Guha, MBBS, MPH

Dr. Guha is the Inaugural Director of Cardio-Oncology at Medical College of Georgia. Dr.Guha is a physician-scientist who has dedicated his clinical and research work to the emerging field of cardio-oncology with over 100 peer-reviewed publications in prestigious journals such as Circulation, European heart journal, Journal of American College of Cardiology, and Blood. Dr. Guha is arising star in the field of cardio-oncology with a recent American Heart Association Strategically Focused Research Network Grant in disparities in cardio-oncology. He was recently honored with the rare distinction of Fellow of the International Cardio-Oncology Society.
