I believe that it is our unique privilege to care for pediatric patients. They and their family allow us to help them in their medical care. I believe the education of medical students and residents is of the utmost importance. We as attendings and subspecialists are stewards of medical knowledge, and it is our responsibility to effectively pass it on to the next generation of physicians.
