I truly love Dr. Herbert. She is the best PCP I have ever had. There isn't enough space in this survey to explain why I feel she is the best. I recommend her to everyone. She is so thorough and actually cares. If I tell her about a problem I have outside of medicine, she will ask about it during my next visit. She doesn't berate you when you don't meet a goal, but still does her due diligence as your medical professional and informs you of the pros and cons. She is encouraging and supportive.

Dr. Herbert, is the best provider in Augusta, Georgia. She goes above and beyond listening to her patients. I've been seeing her for many years and I am forever grateful for her service to her patients. She's available after hours if you have any problems. She Is truly one of a kind and had a passion for medicine.
