Dr. Rao is truly compassionate about his practice and wants to get to the bottom of my situation. His willingness to dive deeply into my medical history and see me as an individual and not a just a diagnosis sold me on not pursuing other referrals put in place already for my condition. Dr. Rao is one of the few providers that I have felt has actually listened to me. I left Dr. Rao's office thinking I can finally lay down my protective armor and can be seen as an individual who has a diagnosis and that I am not just a diagnosis! I felt heard and seen during my visit, and cried happy tears when I left. What a joyous feeling it was to leave a doctor's office and not feel defeated! Thank you, Dr. Rao!

I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Rao's knowledge and expertise. Quality asset to your establishment.

Unlike prior visits, I felt as though he spoke more to his assistant versus me. He is usually very good about explaining to me what he would like me to do. However, I left and was a bit unclear. The visit ended quickly so I didn't ask him to repeat instructions. When I check out, I usually get instructions on a printed sheet. I asked the young lady at the desk for that print out, and she said there were no instructions.
